Late 1940s / Early 1950s Handmade Wedding Dress with Train – Vintage Bridal Gown

Romantic late 1940s to early 1950s handmade vintage wedding dress in ivory satin and tulle with a fitted basque bodice, full skirt, and dramatic cathedral-length train. The silhouette has a strong old Hollywood / swan gown feel with a sharply defined waist, built-in panniers at the hips, and full gathered volume through the skirt.

The bodice features a softly ruched tulle neckline with floral applique accents at the shoulders, long sheer sleeves, and a pointed waist seam that elongates the torso. The skirt combines smooth satin with layers of airy tulle for added fullness and movement. The back is finished with a fabric-covered button closure and an extended train for a classic formal bridal look.

Please note this gown has pit stains and some loose and missing buttons. It is not fully buttoned on the mannequin for best fit. Sold as is and priced with condition in mind.
